Navneet, Harish and the Business Plan
Its high time to get the hands dirty!
Since long we had been discussing and trying-to-bump into somethings(??!) of our own. Well, here to own doesn't necessary means that we need to own the company or the startup for that matter.
After a small break I am resuming to the thought process. In fact, this time I want to get the hands on. Harish, buddy lets add some fire to our much awaited and dreamed-of aspiration, even if means small burnouts. I am sure if we observe best practices and standards, maintain due diligence, and keep our sincere efforts in the right directions, we can cut down these burnouts.
I know one thing about me for sure, I dont like to stick to an adventure, once its no more a venture. On a good side, this I read some where, it can be instrumental in propagating more new startups.
Initially, we not gonna confine ourselves to a product or a service. We can venture into new things, say
VSAT(Sales),
Software(Development/Consultancy/Business Analysis/Project Management),
Research (M),
Finance(Sales/Consulting),
Electronics(Marketing/Sales),
Education(Services/Management/Marketing/Sales)...
Hell... we can go on adding for the rest of our life ;)
And once we know our competency (during the transition), we can focus on the core and propagate the strategy accordingly.
Also, may be these words sounds more like a scribble, we will streamline these once we are there.
What do ya say ?
"If you do what you love, you can be in love forever!"
